Owners:

Greg Henderson
Greg Henderson graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Finance. He went on to attend South Texas College of Law and then worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas. Greg is an excellent attorney who practices all areas of law including probate, family, real estate and general civil litigation. He is a member of the Real Estate, Trust, Probate and Family Law sections of the state bar. Greg is a licensed escrow officer.

Matt Shrum
Matthew Shrum graduated with a degree in biology from The University of Texas and worked in the Texas House of Representatives for two sessions before returning to UT for law school. After passing the bar, Matthew worked as a prosecutor for Travis County prosecuting all nature of misdemeanor crimes and finally as a prosecutor in Travis County’s special domestic violence court. Since leaving the world of prosecution, he has practiced in the areas of criminal defense, probate, family, injury, construction and general civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in Federal Court and is a member of the National Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Matt is a licensed escrow officer.

Gayle Myers
Gayle has lived in Lampasas County since 1968 and has worked for Lampasas County Abstract Co. since 1973, and has been the manager ever since. She attended the Texas Land Title Association Training Course in 1978, 1982 and 1983 and has been a Texas Land Title Association Certified Insurance Professional since 2010. Gayle has extensive knowledge of Lampasas County, the real estate closing process and the title insurance industry.

Sheila Barefoot
Sheila has lived in the Central Texas area for most of her life. She enjoys spending any extra time at the family farm at Bend. Sheila first became a licensed escrow officer in 1980 and has remained in real estate related businesses most of the past 37 years. She became a Texas Land Title Association Certified Escrow Settlement Professional in 2010. She has served as a licensed Escrow Officer for the past 20 years in Burnet and Lampasas Counties and is currently handling most of the closing duties.

Ruby JoAnn Hernandez Weatherhead
Ruby JoAnn Hernandez Weatherhead, Escrow Officer, completed the Texas Land Title Association School in 2017. She came to Lampasas County in 1987 and joined the company in 2016. She is better known by her middle name of JoAnn.
