Greg Henderson, President
Greg Henderson graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Finance. He went on to attend South Texas College of Law and then worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas. Greg is an excellent attorney who practices all areas of law including probate, family, real estate and general civil litigation. He is a member of the Real Estate, Trust, Probate and Family Law sections of the state bar. Greg is a licensed escrow officer.

Matt Shrum, Owner

Matthew Shrum graduated with a degree in biology from The University of Texas and worked in the Texas House of Representatives for two sessions before returning to UT for law school. After passing the bar, Matthew worked as a prosecutor for Travis County prosecuting all nature of misdemeanor crimes and finally as a prosecutor in Travis County s special domestic violence court. Since leaving the world of prosecution, he has practiced in the areas of criminal defense, probate, family, injury, construction and general civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in Federal Court and is a member of the National Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Matt is a licensed escrow officer.
